Eligibility for Refund

To ensure a fair experience for all our customers, please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original sealed packaging.

Important: Opened or seal-broken items cannot be returned. This ensures every customer receives a brand new, safe, and hygienic product.

The Refund Process

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Step 3: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account or MFS wallet again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
